We are located one block west of Federal Boulevard and 104th Avenue, on the corner of 104th Avenue and Hooker St..

From I-25, exit at 104th Avenue and go west. Pass Federal Boulevard and take your first left onto Hooker St., then take your first left into the shopping area. We are located in the North Park Medical Building on your left.

From Highway 36 heading to Denver exit at Church Ranch Boulevard/ 104th Avenue and go east. You will pass Sheridan Avenue, and Lowell Avenue. Hooker St. is on the right just east of Lowell. Turn right on Hooker St., and then an immediate left into the shopping area. We are located in the North Park Medical Building on your left.

From Highway 36, I-70, and I-76 exit at Federal Boulevard. Head north until you reach 104th Avenue. Turn west (left) on 104th Avenue then take your first left on Hooker St. . On Hooker St., take an immediate left into the shopping area. We are located in the North Park Medical Building on your left.
